MyEggWhite Pasteurization Process
The pasteurization process for Myeggwhite is performed in a cleanroom environment in our processing factory. The packaged liquid egg whites can be stored up to 28 days and up to 7 days in a refrigerated condition, after opening. The pasteurization process enables the liquid egg whites to be stored in a frozen state without losing any of its nutritional benefits.
Myeggwhite VS Regular Eggs
Myeggwhite pasteurized 100% liquid egg whites are much safer to consume in a pasteurized 'raw' liquified state compared to raw liquid egg whites separated from the egg yolks. The pasteurization process ensures that the egg whites are free from salmonella unlike egg whites from raw eggs where salmonella is present mostly on the shell.
