While in your freezer/frozen it will last 8 months. To use, place a bottle overnight in the fridge to thaw. Shake well before use. Once opened and stored in your fridge. It will last an average of 12 days. Please discard bottle if there is smell or taste. Liquid Egg White are odourless and tasteless.

1 AA sized egg = 33ml

100ml = 10 grams of Protein, all 9 essential amino acids and some minerals. All 100% bio available.

Bio-Availability describes how much nutrition is available to be used by the body. Powdered egg whites, and protein powders in general, are only 70% to 80% bio- available and they only support muscle growth for 2 to 3 hours. This is way recommended dosage for any powdered product is almost 45grams of protein. Our body can digest 30grams of protein per consumption. Our liquid egg white are 100% Bio-Available, which means all of the precious aminos acids and protein are available for use, and they provide support for up to 4 or 5 hours.
